Account Deletion

This page explains how to request deletion of your ClimbCoach.ai account and associated app data.

Delete Your Account in the App

If you still have access to the app, you can delete your account directly in ClimbCoach.ai:

• Open the ClimbCoach.ai app.
• Go to Profile.
• Open Account settings.
• Select Delete account and follow the confirmation steps.

Request Deletion Without the App

If you no longer have access to the app, you can request account deletion by email.

If you contact us from a different email address, we may need additional information to verify that you are the account holder before deleting the account.

Data Deleted

When your account is deleted, we delete account-associated app data, including:

• your account profile;
• saved climbing sessions and training logs;
• draft sessions;
• training plans and related app data;
• chat-style messages and submitted training information linked to your account; and
• saved app preferences linked to your account.

Data That May Be Retained

We may retain limited information where necessary for legal, tax, payment, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or backup purposes. Where retained, this information is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes.

Subscriptions

Deleting your ClimbCoach.ai account does not automatically cancel any active Google Play subscription. You should manage or cancel subscriptions through your Google Play account.

Processing Time

We aim to process deletion requests within 30 days. If we need more information to verify the request, the deletion process may take longer.
