Subscriptions

Pro monthly is an auto-renewable subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your App Store account settings.

Backup Month purchases

Backup Month is a one-time consumable in-app purchase and is not a subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Each purchase adds a backup usage allowance to your ClimbCoach.ai account. Backup allowance is used after your monthly allowance has been exhausted and does not expire while your account remains active. It does not renew automatically and can be purchased again when available. Consumable purchases cannot be restored after account deletion. Refund requests are handled by Apple subject to its policies and applicable consumer law.
